These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between KSH Travel Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client or website visitor (“you” or “your”), regarding the use of our services and website.

By booking travel services or browsing the website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

KSH Travel specialises in designing and booking bespoke travel experiences tailored to clients’ preferences. All recommendations are made in good faith and based on current availability at the time of planning.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment terms, including deposits and deadlines, will be shared with the client prior to final confirmation.

Costs may be subject to change due to dynamic pricing, exchange rates, taxes or supplier adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and destination. Clients will be advised of these policies at the time of booking. It is their responsibility to understand and agree to these terms before payment.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance is purchased to protect bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking (including names as they appear on passports). They are also responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, vaccination and entry requirements for their chosen destination/s.

5. Liability Disclaimer

KSH Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel providers and is not responsible for acts or omissions by these suppliers. KSH Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from factors beyond our control.

6. Website Use

All content on our website (images, text, branding) is the intellectual property of KSH Travel and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without permission.

7. Changes to these Terms

KSH Travel may update the Terms & Conditions as needed. The latest version will always be posted on the website.
